Spider Vein Therapy

Sclerotherapy is a treatment for undesired leg veins also known as spider veins. Spider veins are characterized by red or purple superficial veins. The veins are classified as spider shape, reticular, simple linear or arborizing.

Who is a Candidate?

Men and women 18 years and above in good health without recent sun exposure or tanned skin.

What Can I Expect?

You can anticipate minimal aching to the legs for 24 hours post treatment. Vigorous exercise should be avoided for 48 hours after the treatment. Results may not be apparent for 4 weeks. Slight bruising and redness of the legs may be noticed for 2 weeks after treatment. Ideal results may require 3 or more treatments.
