With 26 years of experience in aesthetics, Irene Ware brings an extensive depth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to her role leading the Medi-Spa at Accent On You Cosmetic Surgery & Medi-Spa.

Irene began her career in aesthetics in 2000, initially focusing on skin health and advanced esthetics. Her passion for helping patients look and feel their best naturally evolved throughout her career, and in 2014, she expanded her expertise to become a nurse injector. Since then, Irene has continued to refine her skills and stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.

A true lifelong learner, Irene regularly attends aesthetic conferences, advanced trainings, and industry education programs to stay current on the latest techniques, treatments, products, and trends. Her commitment to continued education allows her to bring the most up-to-date knowledge and innovative approaches to every patient she serves.

Irene is also passionate about educating the next generation of aesthetic professionals. She serves as an educator and trainer for NeoWall, an aesthetics training program designed to help aspiring nurse injectors build their knowledge, confidence, and skills as they enter the industry.

While Irene is deeply passionate about aesthetics, her greatest joy is her family. She has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of a beautiful 16-year-old daughter. Outside of work, Irene loves spending time with her family and her beloved pets. She describes herself as a true homebody, and one of her favorite ways to unwind is a quiet night at home with her family, pets, and a good movie.

For Irene, aesthetics is about more than treatments—it’s about building trust, continuing to learn, and helping each patient feel confident in their own skin. Her combination of experience, education, and genuine care makes her an integral part of the Accent On You team.
