CoolSculpting® Before and Afters

CoolSculpting® targets only fat cells, destroying them in a way that diet and exercise have not and will not. Developed by scientists at Harvard, this FDA-cleared, patented procedure employs a targeted cooling process that kills fat cells beneath the skin, freezing them to the point of destroying them. The area of cells, tissue, and muscle that surround these fat cells remain untouched.
Who Is a Candidate for CoolSculpting®?
Men and women, age 18 and older, who are in good health and who are not obese, but who have noticeable bulges in certain areas of the body that they would like to eliminate are good candidates for CoolSculpting®.
The Consultation
Dr. Nakamura will talk with you about your medical history, including any medications you may currently be taking and about your aesthetic goals, all of which will help determine your candidacy for CoolSculpting®. He also will provide you with pricing information and guidelines on how the treatment works.
What Can I Expect?
Each CoolSculpting® treatment lasts about one hour, and there is virtually no downtime, though patients may experience temporary pain and discomfort. Patients will notice a reduction of fat immediately after the procedure, and improvements will continue for up to a few months, mainly because the body is still ridding itself of the fat cells.
As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle of a balanced diet and exercise, you will experience long-term, stable results from CoolSculpting®.
Side effects can include tenderness, bruising, swelling, itching, tingling, and numbness.
At Accent On You, we take pride in delivering the utmost quality of care with a personalized approach. Our patients in Arlington, Dallas Fort Worth, and the surrounding communities in Texas receive nothing but the most comprehensive information on the procedures we perform because we believe that an informed decision is the best decision.
