Dr. Y. Anthony Nakamura, a board-certified plastic surgeon and recognized expert in plastic surgery and body contouring, offers Restylane® injections to the residents of Arlington, Dallas Fort Worth, and the surrounding communities in Texas.
Restylane® consists of a natural non-animal substance found in the body called hyaluronic acid. It is injected into certain areas of the face, usually around the nose and mouth, to temporarily add volume, thus eliminating wrinkles and folds or adding fullness to the lips. The results of Restylane® injections can last up to six months.
Restylane® was the first hyaluronic acid filler to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration for cosmetic injection into the skin tissue, and was the first hyaluronic acid filler on the market. It has been used in more than 11 million treatments worldwide.

Men and women, age 18 and older, who are in good overall health and who would like to minimize the appearance of aging on their face, particularly with regard to eliminating fine lines and wrinkles, are good candidates for Restylane®.
